Located in Kartepe, Büyük Derbent, our facility consists of 7 161m2 stone villas built on 4 acres.  Our independent and isolated villas offer you a private green area between 200m2-350 m2. Kartepe Bungalov Villas is one of the most ambitious facilities in the region with its indoor (161m2) and outdoor (250-350 m2) usage areas.  Located on the slopes of Kartepe, our facility is close to nature as well as to social areas and is located in an area where our guests can easily reach their daily needs and even order food from outside. Our villas have 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a 35m2 upper terrace and a 23m2 patio with barbecue. Our pools are located zero to the villas and there is a fully equipped 3rd bathroom + WC serving the pool with the possibility of access from the villa to the pool with a door. There is no stove but there is a kitchen with all equipment such as kitchen utensils, XL tea kettle (kattle), electric coffee pot and refrigerator etc.

The consumption of tobacco products is prohibited in the indoor areas of our facility.
Pets are not accepted.
Reservations consisting entirely of male adults are not accepted.It is forbidden to light an open fire.
It is forbidden to bring/use picnic tubes or electric stoves from outside.
It is forbidden to bring guests outside the reservation.

The forests of Kartepe and the Kuzu Plateau serve for day and overnight tourism. In addition, Turkey's most exquisite trout species are available in the small lakes on Kartepe. Nowadays, Kartepe, which is suitable for visiting in spring and summer, has been turned into a tourism center where winter sports can be done by taking these features into consideration and has become a frequent destination for those who love skiing. Kartepe, equipped with Ormanya, a 4.7 km cable car line, nature parks and many social areas, serves day and boarding tourism.
Kartepe, which has a distinct beauty due to the fact that it is one of the few mountains with sea views from our other touristic regions where winter sports are practiced, has a feature that can be utilized in summer and winter.
